While the RPCS3 team initially hinted that the mobile port of the PS3 emulator might not happen anytime soon, one developer behind the project eventually brought it to Android. Of course, at the introduction, this mobile port was in a very early stage, but just recently, it has received a major update.

On the latest alpha version, the RPCS3-Android brings a ton of new additions and tweaks. One of the major new features is the settings menu, which is a big addition to the previous alpha releases. Now, users won't need to dig deep into text files to make tweaks on the emulation.

As for what you can do in the new settings menu, you get the ability to tweak pretty much everything about the emulation. That includes the rendering resolution and graphics renderer. Speaking of which, the latest version of the PS3 emulator makes it easy to switch between custom GPU drivers. So, for example, Snapdragon-powered gaming devices or phones can easily shift to Turnip, which can eventually offer a slightly better performance.
